We run an annual satisfaction survey for hospices, in conjunction with Hospice UK. Each year, usually in the spring and early summer, a group of hospices take the survey. Each hospice receives a benchmarked report that compares its results with the other hospices in our specialised All Hospices benchmark. Hospices can also take the survey outside of this time and receive the same comparison report.
